Fuel Cells
Auxiliary Fuel Cells are our specialty. Approved by the Iron Butt Association for use during their 11-day, 11,000-mile Iron Butt Rally, our gravity-fed fuel cells and mounting racks are specifically custom-built to your bike's exact specifications. Constructed from lightweight aluminum, our fuel cells have internal anti-sloshing baffles that also serve as internal bracing. We have built and sold hundreds of these fuel cells over the years, and are proud of the quality and craftsmanship that goes into each product.Each cell is exhaustively pressure-tested to ensure an absolute leak-free operation even under the most extreme riding conditions. Each cell is also properly vented in accordance with IBA standards. Each system utilizies professional-grade fuel line quick-disconnects to facilitate fast removal/re-installation.... usually in a matter of minutes, with minimal tools required! |
